Join CIASLI’s volunteer network and be part of pioneering initiatives in research, sound immersion, and intuitive arts.
Volunteering with CIASLI is more than just offering your time—it’s about actively shaping the future of intuitive arts, sciences, and living intelligence. Whether you’re passionate about research, sound immersion, AI ethics, or esoteric studies, your contributions help build a thriving, innovative community.
Volunteers may assist in developing educational materials, supporting sound immersion initiatives, organizing research efforts, or engaging in community outreach programs. As part of CIASLI’s volunteer network, you’ll have access to exclusive opportunities for learning, mentorship, and collaboration, while playing a key role in bringing this vision to life.
Your skills, energy, and passion are vital to this movement. Step forward and co-create with us.
✨ Volunteer Guidelines & Expectations
Co-Creation with Integrity
Volunteering with CIASLI is a sacred commitment. We view each role—paid or unpaid—as an essential part of our living ecosystem. That means when you choose to volunteer with us, you’re not “just helping out”—you’re stepping into a collaborative space where your presence, consistency, and integrity truly matter.
In return, we honor every contributor with mentorship, acknowledgment, and the opportunity to grow alongside a visionary initiative.
✅ Minimum Commitments We Ask of All Volunteers:
— Time Commitment: Minimum of 5 hours per week for most roles, unless otherwise specified
— Weekly Check-In: Attend a short team check-in or submit a weekly update to your coordinator
— Reliability: If you’re unable to complete a task or need to pause, please communicate clearly—ghosting affects the entire team
— Initiative: Be proactive about asking questions, offering ideas, and learning your role
— Respect: Honor timelines, boundaries, and communication etiquette
— Confidentiality: Many internal projects involve sensitive development; discretion is essential
🌱 What Volunteers Receive in Return:
— Mentorship & Community Recognition
— Letters of Recommendation (upon successful completion of at least 3 months of active contribution)
— Access to Internal Projects & Learning Materials
— Priority Consideration for future paid or profit-sharing positions
— Public Acknowledgment on the CIASLI website, if desired
📌 Optional: Volunteer Agreement or Intern Track
We also offer the option to enroll in a formal volunteer internship, which includes:
A co-created learning focus (e.g., sound design, research, AI co-creation, admin systems)
Bi-weekly mentorship sessions
A defined 3-month commitment with a closing reflection and certificate of contribution
This is ideal for those who want structured growth, mentorship, and experience with intentional feedback.
