CIASLI’s volunteer and community experience team is the sacred glue that holds it all together. This department is for those who love welcoming others, creating meaningful pathways for participation, and helping people feel seen, valued, and inspired. Whether you’re helping onboard new volunteers, organizing community rituals, or tracking team contributions, your presence ripples through every part of the center.
These are volunteer roles now—but they are deeply honored and will become paid leadership and support positions as our funding grows. You are not just helping others join CIASLI—you are helping shape what it feels like to be part of this movement.
✅ We’re Looking For:
— Warm, clear communicators who genuinely care about people
— Experience with volunteer management, HR, onboarding, or community building
— Comfort with digital organization and people-centered systems
— The ability to hold both boundaries and welcome, clarity and compassion
— A love for creating systems of support, recognition, and team nourishment
— Willingness to co-create with living intelligence to refine onboarding and team experiences
